This month the TOL family will be delving into the world of health and fitness. We want to discuss this subject holistically; tapping into information that supports mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. We’ll be discussing various diets, workout regimens, and a whole host of other things. We’re also going to talk about the do’s and don’ts of getting into shape.
